Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns, and our warranty.
Please allow 2β3 weeks from order date. Since every order is custom assembled, we need 7β10 days to process your order, approximately one week for shipping, and another week for you to familiarize yourself with your display before taking it on the road.
If you need it sooner, contact us β we may be able to accommodate you.
Orders shipped within 3 days of the order date will incur an additional 10% rush charge. Because rush orders may require air shipping to correct any issues with damaged, missing, or replacement parts, those additional costs (above and beyond standard ground rates) will be at the customer's expense.
Please note: we make every effort to ensure your order is complete and correct at time of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Our website charges your credit card in real time when you place an order, and bank fees are incurred by us at that time. Any orders cancelled prior to shipment will be charged for the credit card transaction fees we have been charged. These fees can be up to 3.5%.
If package contents or a shipping case are damaged in transit, contact UPS immediately at 800-742-5877. Save all inner and outer packaging for their inspection, then call us to arrange a replacement.
Your display system is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from the date of sale. This warranty does not apply to damage from accident, misuse, alteration, or improper assembly. Valid in the 50 United States and Canada.
The customer is responsible for all costs of returning product for repairs. Dynamic Display Systems is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.
We recommend that you fully assemble your display immediately upon receipt. Check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping and ensure your order is complete and correct. Notify us immediately of any shortages or errors. DDS ships via UPS Ground on all returned, exchanged, or damaged items. Customer is responsible for any air shipping charges beyond the cost of ground shipping.
